Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please allow extra time when ordering in November/December as these are extremely busy periods here at TheCraftyBlackDog.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders over 2kg will be sent via tracked delivery.

Please note free shipping for orders over £75

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup if you are in Plymouth, Devon. Please contact me before placing your order and ask for a free shipping code, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. I will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number (if over 2kg) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at info@thecraftyblackdog.co.uk with your name and order number, and I will investigate it for you.
